Considerations on the training of simulation educators
Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceeding › Book chapter › Research › peer-review
In this chapter, we describe key considerations for the training of simulation educators. Based on the tasks that they are asked to perform, simulation educators need a range of knowledge, skills, and professional attitude. We describe those on a high level, mention models to assess competence, define some of the implications for their training, and provide examples of course programs.
